Originally from the east coast, Paul Sulinski and Tracey Gratz spent years training dogs professionally for a large training company in New Jersey. After gaining invaluable experience working with dogs and people, Paul and Tracey had the opportunity to venture out on their own. After packing up a moving van, two trucks, 5 dogs, and a cat, Paul and Tracey headed for Austin.
Upon arriving in Austin in 2007, Paul and Tracey established Unleashed Unlimited and have built the business from the ground up. Unlike many dog trainers, Unleashed Unlimited is not franchise, it’s not a part-time hobby or side job, it’s a full-time gig! Unleashed Unlimited is more then just a business for Paul and Tracey, it’s a lifestyle and they would have it no other way.
Paul and Tracey understand the wide and varying needs of dog owners and have structured their dog training programs to cater to the exact and unique needs of each client. Taking advantage of the unique outdoor experience that Austin offers, Unleashed Unlimited was also set up to provide dog owners the ability to enjoy the numerous dog parks, hike and bike trails, lakes, and dog friendly establishments that the area offers.

Paul Sulinski
After graduating from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Paul Sulinski went to work in the marketing field. After a few successful years as an Account Manger for Coca-Cola, and a Regional Sales Representative for Nestle-Purina, he realized this was not what he wanted to do with his life. Around the same time, Paul and his dog were enrolled as students in an obedience class in New Jersey. After graduating from the class, Paul was asked to help out here and there with some of the training. It quickly became apparent to Paul that dog training was in his blood.
After several months of interning, Paul was sent to the That’s My Dog! E-Cadamy School for Trainers, in Hazel Green, Wisconsin. In this three week program, Paul studied under phenomenal trainers and teachers in a variety of subject matter. After returning home to New Jersey, Paul was offered a full-time position training dogs. Teaching group and private lessons continued to refine and add to his experience in the field. In 2006 Paul Sulinski was promoted to the position of Head-Trainer for one of the largest dog training companies in New Jersey.
Working with hundreds of dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and ages, along with their owners, has taught him that there is no one single approach to learning and training. Dogs, just like people, all learn differently; it is up to the trainer to find the clearest way to communicate effectively to both the dog and the handler. Paul Sulinski continues to attend seminars in a variety of disciplines such as basic and advanced obedience, retrieval training, and agility.
Tracey Gratz
Tracey Gratz was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tracey started training with one of her own dogs and simply fell in love with the new relationship she had with her dog. She became interested in how dogs communicate and what it all means. There seemed to be a reason for mostly everything and that to her, was fascinating.
Tracey’s career started with one of the largest dog training companies in New Jersey. It gave her the opportunity to work with hundreds of dogs of all ages, breeds and temperaments. Tracey was also responsible for teaching group lessons, private lessons, and problem solving with dog owners.
Tracey Gratz attended the That’s My Dog E-Cademy for trainers in Hazel Green, Wisconsin. She began to study various aspects of dog training, behavior, problem solving and behavior modification. Always looking to expand on her knowledge and skills, Tracey frequently attends seminars and workshops hosted by well respected professionals in the industry.
Tracey’s inspiration is helping dog owners live a life of harmony and understanding with their dogs. Learning to communicate effectively will improve your dog’s behavior so you can enjoy your time spent together. Tracey is very passionate and dedicated to what she does. As a co-owner of Unleashed Unlimited, she feels it is her responsibility to help educate dogs and their owners on the essentials of training and socialization.
