Elmo’s best commands are “place” and “come”. Without those, there is no control. But I think he enjoys taking a bite best of all! LOL

Place and come without a doubt!!! we can get that dog to do just about anything. With a new baby in the house “place” is Awesome!!!! We miss training Dodge with you guys. Maybe life will slow down a bit now.

“Beer” and “Lotto”. Most things can be solved by those two items.

Seriously, I would have to agree with Jeff. Re-direct actions with “sit” and “come” can accomplish so many things. At least that’s what MY trainers taught me….

I would choose “come”, and “sit” because “sit” also means “stay” and “come” allows me to retreive the dog from a distance. Since Ophelia was a dog that would bolt and run away, these two seem to me to be the two basic commands that allow me to control my dog and keep her safe, e.g., not running into the street.
