One of the hardest aspects of raising a puppy is socialization with the right dogs. Having access to other well-socialized puppies and dogs has always been difficult for most puppy owners; dog parks can be great and they have their place, but they are not always the proper format for socialization, especially a young puppy. This is where our Puppy Social Hour comes in!
This is an opportunity to get your puppy around other puppies and well-socialized dogs for a good old fashioned play session. It’s also a great opportunity to for us to teach you about different aspects of socialization, such as what is too rough, pointing out fear issues, how and why to interrupt unwanted behaviors, body language, and so much more.
Our puppy social hour is intended for fully-vaccinated puppies between the ages of 4-7 months of age (this class is not appropriate for dogs who are showing any signs of aggression). This is a free class and is open to Unleashed Unlimited clients and non-clients. Proof of vaccination is required for admission. The Puppy Social Hour will be held at our Leander Dog Training facility. Please check our schedule page for upcoming offerings of this class.
